Junior Soccer Coach

Conditions:

• - Part-time, evenings Mondays to Thursdays, various schedules available
• - From May 20th to August 28th, 2025
• - Location - Arklan PS, Carleton Place

Role & Responsibilities:

• - Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 5-12, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• - Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
• - Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development.
• - Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session.

Qualifications:

• - Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong motivational abilities and a commitment to fair play.
• - Must be of good character and have demonstrated love for work with children.
• - Preferred certifications: FUNdamentals, Learn To Train, as well as other minimum requirements such as but not limited to Respect in Sport, Making Headway and Ethical Decisions.

The club will help selected candidates in obtaining required coaching certificates.
